
Department of Theory and History of State and Law
In 1905-1906, an aeronautical section was created at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, which in 1908 transformed into an aviation club. Under the guidance of experienced lecturers, talented students studied the latest achievements of domestic and foreign scientists and engineers in aeronautics, building and testing gliders, airplanes, and dirigibles.

Department of Civil Law and Procedure
Founded to ensure the teaching of civil law disciplines, creating the necessary scientific and methodological base, conducting research on problems of civil law and procedure in the aerospace sector, family and labor relations, and the legal support of faculty and student activities.

Department of Criminal Law and Procedure
Established to organize and conduct educational and methodological work on criminal law disciplines, educational work among students, research on criminal law, criminal procedure, criminology, and forensic science.

Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law
Created to ensure the teaching of leading legal disciplines that provide fundamental legal knowledge related to understanding the legal status of citizens, the mechanism of state authorities, their interactions, the content of executive authority activities, the features of foreign constitutionalism, and state administration in specific sectors, including civil aviation and financial-credit policy.
